AI Product Case Study
Meet ALLi
The AI layer woven through FRONTSTEPS Manager — a conversational assistant, an AI budget builder, and checklists ALLi executes on its own. Not a bolted-on chatbot; intelligence that lives inside the workflows managers already run.
THE IDEA
AI where the work already happens
Community managers don't want another tool to check. ALLi meets them inside Manager — answering questions from their live data, reading a budget and flagging what looks wrong, and taking whole tasks off their plate when asked. Every interaction is scoped to their communities and their permissions, so the assistant is genuinely useful without ever being a risk.

Three ways ALLi shows up
Ask ALLi Chat
Ask ALLi lives one click away in the Manager sidebar. Managers ask in plain language — "How many architectural requests are open?", "Show violations ready for escalation" — and get answers pulled from their own live data, with suggested prompts to get started.
Checklists the assistant completes for you
Steps are the checklists managers already use to run their work. Now each Step can be assigned to a person or executed by ALLi. Type an instruction — "Pull all work orders in progress" — and ALLi drafts its plan as numbered sub-steps before it runs, working within the creator's permissions.
An AI budget builder that shows its reasoning
Inside Budget Studio, ALLi reads every GL line against multi-year history and proposes concrete adjustments — each with a plain-English rationale, a specific dollar figure, and its source anchor. Managers preview an insight to see exactly which cells change, then apply or discard. The AI drafts; the human decides
The same trustworthy loop everywhere
Whether ALLi is answering a question, drafting a budget, or running a Step, the interaction follows one consistent, reviewable pattern.
